We would like to provide you with information regarding the processing of personal data submitted through the Contact Form available on the website of Bertolutti S.r.l. (https://www.bertolutti.com/en/contacts). Not all personal data requested in the form are necessary in order to submit your enquiry. However, providing additional information may enable us to respond more effectively to your request. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing

The personal data provided through this form, together with any additional information voluntarily submitted, will be processed by authorised personnel solely for the purpose of handling your request and providing the assistance or information requested.

For this purpose, you may be contacted using the contact details provided in order to receive a response, clarification, or a request for further information.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, namely that "processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract".

We kindly ask you not to provide any special categories of personal data pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 GDPR (for example, information concerning your health, religious beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, or criminal convictions). Should you nevertheless choose to provide such data, by submitting the form you expressly consent to their processing in accordance with Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, namely where "the data subject has given explicit consent to the processing of those personal data for one or more specified purposes", except where Union or Member State law provides otherwise.

Retention period of personal data

Personal data submitted through the Contact Form will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to manage your request and provide the requested assistance.

Such data may also be retained for statistical and backup purposes for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of submission of the request.

Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data and transfer of data outside the EU

The data will not be disclosed to third parties except where this is necessary to provide you with a response; it is also possible that the data may be processed by professionals (e.g. the IT company that developed the website, etc.). In any case, the data will not be transferred to non-EU countries or disclosed to the public.
