Qualicoat is an international association that provides certification confirming that our coating process is carried out according to best practices, using pretreatment products and paints that ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to external elements. Qualicoat also manages a quality control system that includes specific tests to assess the coating’s performance under various conditions.
The SEASIDE extension is an additional certification for aluminum exposed to extreme environmental conditions, such as marine or high-salinity environments. This extension verifies that the coating process has passed more stringent tests to withstand the aggressive effects of salt, humidity, and prolonged exposure to marine conditions.
For complete protection, all profiles are painted only after cutting and processing operations.
