In our three production units, we carry out all stages of advanced-product manufacturing while maintaining the care and attention typical of artisanal work.
The production cycle is continuously subjected to strict quality controls, thanks to highly qualified staff who are constantly updated on new operational and construction methods.
Material removal machining
For material removal machining, we have, in addition to various CNC saws, three 3- and 4-axis CNC machining centers for aluminum profile processing, as well as a machining center for cutting aluminum panels and producing complex parts from sheet metal ranging from 1 to 20 mm.
Deformation machining
For deformation machining, we have a 160-ton press brake with a 6 m usable length, capable of producing not only profiles with non-standard lengths but also highly complex aluminum and steel components.
