The implementation phases
Design
We are capable of managing all the necessary work phases: from design to support during the installation of doors, windows, and external glass components, helping to make each cruise ship unique and beautiful.

Surveys
Measurement surveys at shipyards and verification of consistency with the executive drawings. We have personnel capable of performing on-board surveys for several days, assessing the actual conditions and paying attention to all critical aspects to ensure proper follow-up in the production phase.
Production
Production takes place at our facilities, which include:
- Aluminum profile processing line with machining centers;
- Manufacturing line for items in aluminum sheet or stainless steel;
- Anodizing and powder coating line with SEASIDE pretreatment;
- Assembly and packaging line.
Transport and Shipping
We can provide support to the freight forwarders appointed directly by the shipowner.
Our goods are always packed in sturdy ISPM-15 treated wooden crates, accompanied by the relevant documentation (Packing List).
Installation
We provide installation support with our personnel through detailed instructions or by fully managing the installation process. We have specialized and properly trained staff equipped with efficient, state-of-the-art tools to handle every aspect of on-site work.
The precise organization of activities is managed by our office, which maintains constant contact with the on-board personnel to optimize timing and minimize interference with other work teams.
